Medication will only be administered to a pupil with the written consent of the family doctor and following a consultation with the Headteacher. The school is willing to administer medication primarily for long-term illnesses. For short-term medications, such as antibiotics, parents are expected to arrange administration to their child. No medication will be accepted at school if it is brought in by a child.
